Meet Rebecca and Keith Thomas, Chi-Hab Co-founders
Rebecca Thomas started out as a dancer and a personal fitness trainer and co-owner of the acclaimed Molly Fox Exercise Fitness Clubs, a NYC exercise facility. She holds a Master's degree in Special Education from Teachers College at Columbia University, as well as a second Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from New York University.
Keith Thomas has explored many aspects of the healing profession. He is a Chinese Health Practitioner (CHP) and an Internal Kung Fu martial artist, and he practices and teaches tai-chi, medical chi-gong healing, and Bagua Zhang throughout New Jersey.
He is also a consultant with the Atlantic Rehabilitation Institute (ARI) and has conducted health, meditation, and healing programs at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ and Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ.
Previously, Keith was a professional standup comic, playwright, actor and musician.
